Ashley Higgins is a nine-year-old girl as of Cry From Cyberspace. She is diabetic and her mother is an interior inventor. One day her and her mother were shopping at the mall when her sugar level dropped and she wandered into the Computer Lab. Confused, she misspelled her mother's e-mail and e-mailed Benjamin Park. Him, Jonathan, Jessie and the Eagle's Nest Gang e-mailed her back and forth, trying to find her. When they finally found out where she was, her blood-sugar level dropped again and she went loopy, but Martha Brenan and Angela Park found her. Ashley afterwards made Jonathan her "honorary big brother."
